Christmas Eve is here, and if you still need to make a trip to the store for some last-minute groceries or holiday shopping, you're in luck.
That's because most grocery, retail, and restaurant chains will remain open on Christmas Eve, albeit with adjusted hours, and most will shut their doors on Christmas Day.
If you need to make a last-minute run to the grocery store to pick up something for your holiday gathering, Walmart will be an option for you this year. A company spokesperson confirmed to USA TODAY that stores will be open on Dec. 24, however they will close at 6 p.m. local time.

- Costco: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Sam's Club: Warehouses will close at 6 p.m.
- BJ's Wholesale: Warehouses will close at 6 p.m.
- Kroger: Most stores will close between 6-8 p.m.
- Food Lion: Stores will close at 7 p.m.
- Publix: Stores will close at 7 p.m.
- Meijer: 6 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Whole Foods: Stores will close at 7 p.m.
- Trader Joe's: Stores will close at 5 p.m.
- Aldi: Stores will operate with "limited hours" on Christmas Eve, however hours vary by location
- Lidl: Stores will close at 6 p.m.
- Giant Eagle: Stores will close at 5 p.m.
- Harris Teeter: Stores will close at 7 p.m.
