The first teaser trailer of the upcoming Avengers: Doomsday film has just dropped and fans are losing their minds. The most loved superhero movie franchise is all set to premiere the movie on December 18th 2026. In the meantime, we have a short trailer that reveals nothing much about the plot of the movie, but it does give away the fact that the legendary Steve Rogers, aka Captain America, is going to make a comeback.
One thing we did notice in the trailer is that Steve Rogers seems to have a new ride. While in the past we were accustomed to seeing Captain America on a Harley-Davidson, it now looks like he has switched to something a little more subtle.

The Only Harley-Davidson That Evel Knievel Trusted For Stunt Jumps
The American daredevil rode Nortons, Triumphs, and even a Laverda, but we remember him best for this iconic Harley-Davidson.
Captain America Ditches Harley-Davidson For A Classic British Motorcycle
In the new Avengers: Doomsday trailer we can clearly see that Steve Rogers is riding a classic Triump motorcycle. We don't get to see much of the bike, but we do see the fuel tank with the badge. We also get to see the bottom of the engine, and it looks like a small single-cylinder engine.
The teaser doesn’t flash a calendar on screen to give us a timeline, but the entire vibe is unmistakable. It looks like Cap is living the life he chose at the end of Avengers: Endgame — back with Peggy Carter, and with a baby in the picture, too. This could possibly mean that he has moved across the pond to England. If that is the case, then it does make perfect sense why Steve would ditch the all-American Harley motorcycles for something a little more 'local'.
After WW2, Triumph restarted civilian production and its lineup quickly focused on a few key road bikes. In the late 1940s, the core models you could buy included the 500cc 5T Speed Twin, the sportier 500cc Tiger 100 (T100), and the 350cc 3T single, with the TR5 Trophy arriving in 1948 and the larger 650cc 6T Thunderbird debuting in 1949. We can't tell you what model Steve Rogers is riding in the new trailer, but it's definitely a Triumph motorcycle.

The iconic Captain America Chopper from "Easy Rider" has a complicated history, let's try to clear it up.
The Long List Of Captain America Harley-Davidsons

Before Steve Rogers made his foray into this new sedentary lifestyle portrayed in th new Avengers trailer, his past motorcycles has basically been one long Harley-Davidson love letter - and of course great product placement for America's move loved motorcycle company.
In Captain America: The First Avenger, he’s rocking the Harley-Davidson WLA “Liberator” — a no-nonsense, WWII-era warhorse that looks like it was built to survive mud, bullets, and dramatic slow-motion hero shots. Jump to The Avengers, and once he’s unfrozen and trying to wrap his head around smartphones and social media, Cap shows up on a Harley-Davidson Softail Slim, which feels like the perfect “classic American cool” upgrade for a guy who still says things like “ma’am” unironically.
Then Captain America: The Winter Soldier cranks the chaos to eleven and swaps him onto a Harley-Davidson Street 750 — quicker, leaner, and basically designed for ripping through city streets while you’re being hunted by a cybernetic assassin who absolutely did not come to talk things out.
We don't have much more details about the choice of motorcycle, or even the plot of the new movie, but there are definitely some interesting Easter eggs in the new Avengers trailer. We will just have to wait and see if we will get any action scenes with Captain America on a motorcycle again, and find out if he still has any of his old Harley's lying around.
Avengers: Doomsday will make its premiere only in theaters next year, December 18th 2026.
